Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Provide hands-on personal care with dignity — bathing, mobility, meals, and the everyday moments that make residents feel known.
About the role
CNAs are the heartbeat of Willowmere. You help residents with the details of daily living while protecting dignity, independence, and connection on every shift.
What you’ll do
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support meals, hydration, and daily routines with patience and respect
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing leadership
- Document care accurately and on time
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families
- Partner with the wider care team to keep days calm and consistent
What you’ll bring
- Active Oregon CNA certification
- Compassion for older adults and a calm bedside manner
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with mobility safely
- Reliable attendance across scheduled shifts
- Prior senior living experience preferred but not required
