Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from residents and families — resolving concerns, logging requests, and coordinating with on-site teams.

Manage move-in paperwork, monthly billing, insurance and long-term care claims, and family statements with accuracy and care.

Lead live virtual programs — chair fitness, book clubs, music, and family video visits — that keep residents engaged and connected from anywhere.
Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding for care and hospitality teams from a remote workspace.
Provide remote first-line tech support for staff devices, email, and everyday software so teams stay connected and productive.
Write clear, compassionate copy for family newsletters, website updates, and community announcements that keep loved ones informed.
