About the role
You shape the social and creative life of the community. From morning movement to evening music, you build a calendar that feels personal, joyful, and inclusive for assisted living and memory care residents.
What you’ll do
- Plan and lead a full calendar of group and one-to-one programs
- Adapt activities for different abilities, including memory care
- Coordinate outings, entertainers, volunteers, and family events
- Track participation and gather resident feedback
- Collaborate with nursing and dining on meaningful daily rhythms
- Create warm seasonal celebrations and community traditions
What you’ll bring
- Experience in activities, recreation therapy, education, or hospitality
- Creative energy and comfort facilitating groups of older adults
- Strong planning, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends for special events
- Valid driver’s license preferred for local outings
