Registered Nurse (RN)
Lead clinical oversight for assisted living and memory care, partner with physicians, and mentor our caregiving team.
About the role
As an RN at Willowmere, you are the clinical anchor of our community. You oversee resident wellness, guide care plans, and coach CNAs and care assistants so every shift feels supported and calm.
What you’ll do
- Complete and update personalized care assessments and nursing care plans
- Administer and oversee medication management systems
- Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and therapy partners
- Mentor CNAs, care assistants, and memory care teammates on the floor
- Respond to clinical changes and communicate clearly with families
- Support state survey readiness and documentation quality
What you’ll bring
- Active Oregon RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of nursing experience; senior living or long-term care preferred
- Strong medication management and assessment skills
- Calm communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends as scheduled
